International Shipping & Customs Policy

By placing an international order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding customs, duties, and handling:

- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations specific to your country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

- If you refuse to pay the customs duties or your parcel cannot be cleared due to country-specific regulations, you will be liable for:

• -- The cost to redirect or return the parcel back to our facility.

• -- A product handling and restocking fee of 50% of your order value, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

- If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment or refusal, no refund will be issued.

Please ensure you understand your country’s import laws before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities 

International & Regional Courier Terms & Conditions

- Up to 2 delivery attempts per shipment. AED 13.00 per extra attempt.

- Undeliverable shipments will be billed as per shipping rate table.

- KWD 1.0 stamp fee for Kuwait-bound shipments.
